Returns Policy

We have a 30 days guarantee policy:

  • You can return Items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except when the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 

To be eligible for a return, the products must meet the following criteria:

  • Products Must be in the original package and in the conditions that It was sold. We do not accept returns for used or installed parts. 
  • In the case of fluids or chemicals, the plastic containers or original cases must be unopened.  

Re-stocking fee:

  • There is a 15% re-stocking fee for all returns.
  • The re-stocking fee is waived if the order is canceled before it has been shipped.
  • The re-stocking fee is waived if the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Return Process:

  • You can initiate the return process in your "orders" section when you log in to your account. Or you can also Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. 
  • We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
  • You should expect to receive your refund within 5 to 10 business days since the moment that we receive your returned package. 



Handling time:

  • For in-stock products we ship orders on the Next Business Day. 
  • For backordered products you will be able to see estimated arrival times in the product's detail page during the purchasing process.

Shipping coverage:

  • We can ship products to all 48 contiguous states in the United States.
  • We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

  • We currently do not ship to international destinations or US territories.
